(1) About WEBSITE RULE CHANGES
Should there be any modifications to the Website Rules, Users will be informed via the Website's Homepage

(2) About ORDERS and RIGHT of POSSESSION

1)	The Buyer's submitted Order is considered fixed from the time the Buyer receives an [Order Confirmation] by email
2)	At the time a Buyer receives an [Order Confirmation] he/she is considered to have Right of Possession

(3) About MINIMUM REQUIRED ORDER

1)	Minimum Purchase is 100 USD
2)	There is now minimum Quantity per Order

(4) About BUSINESS HOURS and OPERATIONS
Online transactions can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
To contact with a BBELE representative, office hours are from 9:00am to 5:30pm (Japan Time), Monday to Friday

(5) About REGISTERING INVENTORY

1)	Registration of Inventory can be made from [SELL] 's [POST INVENTORY] Seller's registered items can be posted from 30 to 90 days, as determined by the Seller
2)	Registered items are immediately deleted from the BBELE Website when sold

(6) About REGISTERING BUYER's REQUIREMENTS

1)	Registration of Requirements can be made from [BUY]'s [POST REQUIREMENTS]
2)	Registered Requirements must be deleted from the BBELE Website once filled or no longer required

(7) About SHIPPING CHARGES
BBELE will pay for the cost of shipping products from the Seller to BBELE for Inspection. The Buyer will pay for the cost of shipping from BBELE Japan to the desired shipping destination

(8) About HANDLING CHARGES
BBELE does NOT charge for Handling

(9) About TERMS of PAYMENT

1)	All Overseas Transaction require TT in Advance Payment Terms (Cash Remittance)
2)	Once a Buyer has decided to purchase an item he/she must submit a Purchase Order (PO) and an [Order Confirmation] will be sent to the Buyer via email. The Buyer is obligated to send a Cash Remittance once an [Order Confirmation] is received.
3)	BBELE Bank Information for USD TT Advance Payments: The Sanwa Bank Ltd. Yotsuya Branch Account No.: 3877783 3-12-2 Yotsuya, Shinjuku-ku Tokyo, 160-0004 Japan

(10) About PRODUCT WARRANTIES

1)	Transaction Histories are maintained for 3 months.
2)	Imported items are insured under BBELE's PL Insurance.
3)	PL Insurance is applied to imported items however, the price of an imported item does not include the costs for insurance.

(11) About RETURNING PRODUCTS and REFUNDS
Sellers offering products must understand and agree with the following:
The return period for products is 5 days following receipt. Should the Buyer not notify BBELE that he/she is not satisfied with received product within 5 days following receipt of the product, the product may not be returned.

For products returns the following applies:

1)	Should an item be 2 years old or older and the Buyer not be notified of this fact prior to purchasing the item OR if the date code of the item sold is incorrect
2)	Defects in pins, packaging, frame or damaging markings
3)	Packaging is not correct
4)	Defect in function and/or fit (Item must be returned with in one month)
5)	Except in 4) no item that has been used following receipt from BBELE will be accept as a return
6)	BBELE will return payment for any part determined to returnable

(12) About USER ID's and REGISTRATIONS

1)	User ID is not required to search for and locate Website Corners however, User Registration is required to access Website Corners for Estimates, Requirements, etc.
2)	To register for your User ID click on [USER REGISTRATION], complete and submit the Questionnaire that will follow
3)	Users may register individually
4)	Please record your User ID and Password in a secure place for future reference. Should you forget your ID and password please contact BBELE via the Website. BBELE will confirm User identification prior to providing any information. Once User identification is confirmed, BBELE will send the User his/her requested User ID and Password information to his/her email address.
5)	BBELE computer system security ensures the integrity of information of the Website and BBELE Website Users. Individual profile information and Website Corners can only be accessed with the correct User ID and Password information.

(13) About CANCELATIONS
Once submitted by a Buyer an Order cannot be cancelled without the permission of the Seller

1)	Shipping and Date of Delivery Delivery date may depend on the rules and service of the Shipping and Delivery Company selected (e.g. FedEx, UPS, etc)
2)	System maintenance, power outages, and other events that may interrupt delivery are possible. Please contact and notify BBELE should you expect or be aware of any such events prior to occurrence
